Your 14-day right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — no explanation needed.
How to start a return
- Email support@cabinvault.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Condition
Items should be returned in resalable condition with original packaging where possible. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Original shipping is refunded; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
